None at all. Every breed and every size is welcome, from the tiniest teacup to the biggest gentle giant. Just tell us about your pet when you book so we can set aside the right amount of time and care.

It depends on the treatment, your pet's coat, and their pace. We never rush a guest, so plan on a relaxed spa day rather than a quick errand. We will give you a time estimate when you book.

Nothing special is needed. Bring your pet just as they are. A short walk beforehand can help them arrive relaxed, and when you book, let us know about any quirks, sensitivities, or favorite things so a calm welcome is waiting for them. The rest is our job.

Gentle care for anxious and senior pets is exactly what Paraiso was built for. Our space is calm and cage-free, we take fewer pets at a time, and every guest gets patient one-on-one attention at their own pace.

We are at 501 NE 31st St, Suite CU-6, in the heart of Edgewater, Miami, minutes from Midtown and Wynwood. Paid parking is available nearby, and there is often short-term curbside parking right in front of Paraiso for quick drop-offs and pickups. If you are unsure where to park, reach out and we will point you the right way.

The earlier the better, especially for weekends, since we take fewer pets at a time to keep the spa calm. That said, we will always try to accommodate your schedule, so reach out even for a last-minute visit.
